Back in 1984, Allan Palmer was having a hard time shaving. As a trial attorney, he was involved in lengthy cases in which he had to shave every day. With very sensitive skin, using commercial products to shave daily caused him severe razor irritation.
At home, he stirred natural ingredients together including Vitamin E and other compounds, and developed a product that put an end to his shaving irritation and discomfort. For fun, he decided to share his new cream with friends and colleagues, mixing it up in a large vat in his basement and pouring it into jar after jar.
